    Product Character

TX-Man2/4 is an integrated 2 or 4-relay rolling code receiver with transmitter managing capability. There is one 4-digit 7-segment LED display so that it can add, delete any specific transmitter from system’s non-volatile memory up to 255 users. It can also show if any specific slot of the EEPROM is vacant or occupied. Moreover, it can show the transmitter enrolled number if it has been learned earlier.
Two relays are built in. External 2-relay module can be optionally added so that totally 4 relays can be controlled. All the 4 relays can also be operated using the keypad by keying in the password followed by digit 1, 2, 3 or 4.

A copy of EEPROM can also be done for the purpose of data backup.

Each model can be independently programmed to set the relay output mode as follows:

    n  Pulse type:
The activated relay will be closed for 2 seconds for each activation.  This is the most widely used application such as garage opener. (Factory setting)
(pulse time can be programmed between 1 sec ~ 255 sec).

    n  Sustaining type:
The activated relay will be closed for as long as the transmitter button is held down.  You can connect it to a buzzer so that the buzzer will sound for as long as the transmitter’s button is down.

    n  Latch type:
The activated relay will be closed until you push the button again.  You can use it to control a 110V or 220V AC lamp or appliance by connecting through a suitable external strong AC-relay first.  Push the transmitter’s button to turn the lamp or the appliance on.  Repress the button will turn it off.

For each relay, once its output mode is programmed, then all the learned transmitters can control the relay in the specified way, unless its mode is reprogrammed.
Only the supervisor with the password can change the relay output mode.   Main Unit is not necessary to be hidden because only the supervisor with the password can access it.
